Administer Medications

Topical / Oral: No fee
Injections: $15 per session

We can administer medications involving needle syringes such as insulin for diabetes, percorten (Addison’s disease), subcutaneous fluids (Sub-Q) for pets affected with kidney (renal) disease, and other injections, as well as any topical and oral medications prescribed by your veterinarian. This is considered a specialty service and can be provided during your scheduled pet sit visit. As a safety precaution, we will only provide these additional services as long as the pet does not pose a physical threat to the sitter. Our goal is to keep your pet’s stress level at a minimum. If your pet is uncooperative we may suggest ahead of time to have your pet boarded at the vet’s office or have your vet send a certified vet technician to your home to administer medications. This is for the safety of both the sitter and the pet.

House Sitting

Don’t have any pets? That’s OK! We will come do a home security check to make sure everything is where it should be. We will do a walk through of your entire house to ensure there aren’t any plumbing or electrical issues, rotate lights and blinds if requested, pick up your mail / newspapers / packages, curbing trash bins, and water indoor / outdoor plants. This service usually takes about 30 minutes, but if you request more time (usually for plant watering) we can stay longer. If we find that something is not in order we will contact you immediately as well as any emergency contacts (service providers) and stay as needed until everything is right again.

Drop In Visits:
Normal visit hours are anytime between 7:30am – 8:00pm.
Any requested visits before 7:30am or after 8:00pm will have an additional fee of $10 / visit.

Pet Supply Run

$25 plus the cost of supplies

Have you run out of pet food? Cat litter? Pet medications? Think of us our your pets’ personal shoppers. We can run to the store for you to pick up any supplies your pets need if you’ve forgotten or we find that you’ve run low while pet sitting and you’re already traveling.

Emergency Key Lockout

$40 per occurrence (7:30am-8:30pm, 7 days a week), and $55 after regular business hours.

We’re all human. We have had that moment of panic because we cannot find our keys. This is why we always require 2 house keys at the consultation so we have that spare key when the  “what if” moment actually happens to us or you. If you find yourself locked out, we can meet you at your house to get you back in safely. Locksmiths easily charge well over $150 just once, so we feel we’re the lesser expensive option. We do consider this a last minute emergency service. However this is not a guaranteed service, though we will do our best to accommodate you as long as we’re available. Over all major holidays we may not be readily available, and if we are there may be an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding.

Pet Taxi

$30 per half hour

We’ll safely transport your pet and/or pet necessary supplies to/from the vet, groomer, trainer, boarding facility. Additional fee may apply due to distance.
